Deanna Rooney is an American actor, writer, artist and animator. She portrays Dr. Donna St. Phibes and Bonehead #3 on Mystery Science Theater 3000. She has appeared on shows such as The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale, Hidden America with Jonah Ray and Townies.
